Elis Soo



Till date, Elis has got more than 14 years of experience working with children. It started with her working in a kindergarten and later to starting up her own child-care.
Her passion for working with children prompted her to take up the Sleep Talk™ program under the founder of the program, Joane Goulding. She is now an Accredited Goulding SleepTalk™ Consultant. Under Joane’s tutelage, Elis has been conducting several pro-bono cases and helping children to achieve their maximum potentials.
Elis is also a licensed practitioner of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). She is accredited by the Energy Psychology Center which is recognized by the founder of EFT himself, Gary Craig and is also a member of the Malaysian Society of Complementary Medicine. Her involvement in the helping profession has assisted many people to improve their lives.
On top of her professional life, Elis is also very active as a member and volunteer with All Women’s Action Society (AWAM). AWAM is an NGO that deals with issues of women rights and domestic violence. She is a para-counselor with AWAM’s Telenita helpline. Elis also helps out at events for fund raising and awareness campaigns.

Joyce Hue
Having graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Management (honors) from the Upper Iowa University, Joyce has the passion in studying human behavior and helping them to realize their own unique capabilities. Trained and certified as a hypnotherapist with the renowned National Guild of Hypnotists, USA (NGH), she is a clinical hypnotherapist who works with individual clients as well as groups and the corporate sector. Joyce also completed her Diploma with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. She is also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (UK).  She is also a certified Sleep Talk for Children consultant, a process that helps build the self-esteem of children. She believes that with these various tools, and together with her vast knowledge of the subconscious mind, she is able to help train and improve the lives of many.
Joyce feels that mental and emotional health is just as important and physical health. She currently practices hypnotherapy and finds true meaning in it. Her area of specialty include performance anxiety and smoking cessation. She was involved with University Malaya’s pain clinic (the use of hypnotherapy for orthopedic patients), The Westin KL’s relaxation via hypnosis program and LCCH Singapore’s Stop Smoking program. She also volunteers as a counselor and a social worker for a local NGO who runs a helpline.
Joyce also has a firm footing in the training field. She enjoys training, public speaking and sharing her knowledge. She cites training a group of youths under a government grant for the 9th Malaysian Plan as the event that embarked her on her current journey. Having been a toastmaster member for more than 9 years now, training and public speaking comes naturally for her. She has been a mentor and have trained many people in public speaking courses. Her talent in this skill can also be seen as she has won an award for Best Speaker 2004, Trinity Guildhall (London).
Seeing the importance of communication in today’s society, Joyce also holds a Certificate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). To her, interaction and being able to communicate with one another is vital in today’s workforce. Therefore, through her course syllabuses, be it for team building or public speaking workshops, one can always notice the emphasis on interpersonal communication. Joyce is also a certified trainer with PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad .)
